Townes Septic Service says on its website that it has been in business for 60 years, and the site lists emergency pumping, routine septic tank pumping, leach field repair, new septic system installation, septic baffle repair and septic riser installation among its services. The site names Weare, Deering, Henniker, Dunbarton, Goffstown, New Boston, Hillsborough, Bow, Concord, Hopkinton and Merrimack as its service area. A recent customer who called for emergency service at 7:05 am on a Monday says the technician arrived before 8 am, explained repair options about 8:15 and had the repair complete at 8:30 am. One recent customer says they arrived at 8am, found the area, installed the lid and pumped the system. A recent customer who had an inspection and cleaning done says Damon did the work and gave direction for caring for the current system with no hard sales, and that this is the second home where they have had Townes service. A customer whose pumping Townes has handled for several years says it most recently did some repairs. In a 2024 review, a customer said they emailed at night and Townes arrived at 8 am the next morning. That 2024 customer said Townes set them up on its automatic 2 year reminder list and that the price was great.
