I called Douglas Tracy for electrical problem. I needed a sub panel and some outlets were hot, some not working, and fire alarms not working. His estimate was the best and he explained the problem so I could understand. He put in sub panel and adjusted wires so there would not be too many on one breaker, replaced some plugs and fixed fire alarms. The price was good. The work was great, and they cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend them. I rate them as Excellent and will be calling them for all the electrical work I need in the future.

Douglas was a true 5-star professional from start to finish. He installed my EV charger and did an incredible job. His communication was excellent, scheduling was easy, his pricing was fair, and he was clearly very knowledgeable. The job itself was not simple. Douglas had to cut four holes in my wall, run wiring through my basement ceiling, and connect everything to the exterior of the house where the charger was installed. He explained each step along the way, handled the entire process professionally, and patched and cleaned up everything afterward. By the time he was finished, my house looked exactly like it did before — except now I somehow had a perfectly installed EV charger outside. I’m still not totally sure how he pulled it off, but I’m glad he did. I would highly recommend Douglas to anyone looking for an electrician, especially for EV charger installation.

Tracey Electric was excellent! They responded right away, had a flexible schedule, did great work replacing my broken outdoor light and installed two new ones! Good price as well! I would use them again!

Great communication and follow through with fair pricing. I know it was an inconvenience to come all the way out for one small job- to change a pullchain lightbulb to recessed light with light switch on the wall, but they came and did the job fast while taking their time to ensure great quality with positive attitudes. Douglas even answered other electrical questions for me and rewired my ecobee. And they cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call them for my next electrical job and refer them to my neighbors and friends!

We had a new fixture that needed to be hung with our older wiring- Douglas responded quickly, came out in 2 days and did a professional job. Highly recommend!! Will use again.
