We had 21'x15' three-season sunroom with old metal sliding windows and a swing door and replaced the old worn windows with modern casement windows and a full-width sliding door. The upgrade also included extra insulation in the ceiling and replacement of the old exterior ceiling coverage. The job should have taken no more than two or three months, but it came out closer to ten due to problems with previous work that was improperly permitted by previous owners and repeated problems with one vendor's ability to properly size one of the replacement windows. Dreambuilders worked aggressively with both the town inspectors and the vendor's errant window sizing. The results of the project exceeded our expectations.
