Trash Can Willys Junk Removal Service

An eight-foot-plus mirror in a small space was one August 2026 customer’s reason to call Trash Can Willy’s. They said Seth and Brandon came the next day, removed the mirror and took two additional furniture pieces when asked. Other August customers described a grandmother’s basement cleanout, furniture removal and a load of junk packed into a truck in under half an hour. The Hooksett company says it serves Southern New Hampshire, the Seacoast, the Lakes Region and MetroWest Massachusetts. It describes itself as veteran- and family-owned, founded and operated by Steven Heimsath, and says it has been in business for 16 years. Heimsath describes starting after moving to New Hampshire, with a Ford Explorer and a small trailer. Google showed a 4.9-star average from 1,525 ratings in August 2026; its BBB grade was A+. Customers describe arrival updates and crews explaining the work. One August reviewer said Nick and Felix kept them informed of their arrival time; another said Seth and Germain called ahead, explained the process and pricing, and removed furniture for half another company’s quote. A Derry customer described reducing their pickup list after the initial estimate and paying less than that estimate, even with a tip. In an April 2025 review, a Saugus customer described three pickups during a 5,000-square-foot estate cleanout and praised Gavin and Sean for respectful work. Pricing has also drawn specific complaints. A July 2026 caller said they were repeatedly interrupted and considered an almost-$200 price too high for a small job they estimated would take 10–15 minutes. In October 2025, a customer complained of a late arrival and a $575 charge, questioning how resale credits and a repeat-customer discount were calculated. A March 2024 reviewer described a $200–$300 phone estimate followed by a requested $386 charge, while praising the workers. In May 2023, another reviewer reported a $200–$240 quote followed by a $680 charge and items left behind. A September 2022 customer likewise reported a fee three times the phone quote and only part of the work completed within their $200 budget. A June 2022 reviewer said they were refused Boston service after seeing a company truck and a website link advertising Boston. That complaint concerned service-area advertising at the time. More recent praise includes a February 2026 customer who said James and Xaiver dismantled and hauled away a full-size bed from a top-floor home, charged the phone estimate and included the promised $40 discount.
