The Better Business Bureau grades it A+, and it holds 3.1 stars from 15 Google ratings. A recent customer says the company cut into a small crab apple tree and sent it flying into a wooden fence, breaking the gate and a fence post, and that the crew laughed and denied responsibility. A 2025 customer said Ken and his team performed the treatments well and answered all questions, and that their work helped prevent damage to the house when a storm came through with high winds. A 2025 reviewer who did not hire the company watched it work for a neighbor; that reviewer said that when their car window was accidentally broken, the foreman took care of it straight away. A 2023 customer said the company would not trim some contracted branches because there was still some life on them, and still charged the same price.

I did not hire them but my neighbor did. I watched them work very efficiently from my window. I was impressed. My car window was accidentally broken because I didn't move my car in time. No worries, the fore man took care of it straight away. In my opinion this is a good local company.
Ken is superb. The service he and his team provided was all around terrific. They were very professsional, answered all questions, preformed the treatments very well. Their work helped prevent damage to our house when the recent storm came through with high winds. We are very appreciative.
I used this company last year. I just had tree work done by a different company and the comparison was remarkable. Tree Doctor gave me a price. When doing the work, I was told they wouldn’t trim some branches because there was still some life on it. So they actually refused to do the contracted work. They still charged the same price. I foolishly did not challenge. I would never use Tree Doctor again and would not recommend them.
