Tree Tactics LLC

Dan Severino and his team, Andrew in the bucket, Michael, the site foreman, and Damien, their ground man, we're booked 2 to 3 weeks out and arrived as scheduled, in spite of previous inclement weather. They introduced themselves upon arrival, reviewed all of the site work with me and the team, discussed variations to be performed, and went ahead in a very conscientious way. They all did a great job in tree pruning, tree removal, and bush trimming and shaping. They were all very polite, respectful, easy to talk with. Upon conclusion, they cleaned up all of the debris, and blew the entire worksite area squeaky clean. Dan is very approachable, very informative, and freely advises on a program that suits the customer. My wife and I highly recommend the company for quality work. We judge the price for the work as reasonable, because we were not looking for the lowest price, but the best quality. Dan and his team certainly delivered that.

What can I say about this awesome company…… I can’t say enough about how truly amazing they all were. Dan came out and he walked through the whole process with me and answered every question and could not have been more kind and patient and just felt instantly like family. Dan and his awesome crew, Mike, Damian, and Andrew came on Sept. 30th and Oct. 1 and in those two days removed 7 trees, removed every bit of debris, and actually made my yard look cleaner and neater than before they even started. They took such care to protect my home, the wires and anything surrounding the areas that could get in the way. They never stopped…..they are all such hard workers and you can see that they sincerely care and do their absolute best!. I mean, that is just so rare nowadays. I truly, 100% would recommend them to EVERYONE!! I will only use them going forward. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!!!

TreeTactics are a great company to work with. They are everything you want when you hire a company to complete a job for you. Their service, communication and workmanship was excellent. We have a large amount of trees in our yard and they were very knowledgeable and explained what they were going to do to each tree in order to keep it healthy and safe. If you need tree work, I highly recommend TreeTactics.

I highly recommend Tree Tactics of Guilford for their CAT RESCUE SERVICES. Early morning on September 2, 2026, our cat, Gwen, was chased by neighborhood dogs in our yard and climbed high up into a cedar tree. After several hours she was unable to climb down on her own. I found Tree Tactics listed on catinatreerescue.com, emailed their office, and received both an email and a phone call response within just a few hours. Their guys arrived to our home in Chester that same afternoon. Their climber, Andrew, was incredibly efficient and got Gwen down safely and quickly. Their fee for the rescue was very reasonable, and we are incredibly grateful for their responsiveness and professional service. Please don't hesitate to call them if your pet gets stuck, and we will definitely keep them in mind for future tree service needs as well. Overall, 5 STARS for customer service.

We highly recommend this company. They did a great job! They are very professional and really know what they are doing.
