They took care of us from the very beginning with helping us price our house realistically, to doing open houses on the regular, to being available to us for our endless questions. They treated us with such professionalism but with warmth and like family. They both bring their amazing talents to every deal. They go above and beyond to make sure the deal works. Demo is a master negotiator and Claudia has the most amazing interpersonal skills and makes everyone on both sides of the deal feel heard and appreciated. They really are a dream team! I have been wanting to take a minute to write about our experience with Demo & Claudia Nunez of Treamont Realty. Following a most horrific experience regarding the sale of our Methuen, MA, home by an Andover, MA realtor (or should I say scammer?), we found ourselves having to return our property to the market. This came about after having already lost over two months of valuable market time and two ulcers later! The property returned to the market on 1/2/25, and Demo & Claudia brought a buyer to the table. They came prepared and ready to work with our listing agent to get the house sold as quickly as possible and without drama and issues. They had been informed of the nightmare we had already suffered at the hands of the Andover, MA realtor, and they did everything within their power to make this transaction smooth and seamless. You can imagine that we entered into the agreement feeling wary and hesitant after what had already transpired with the other realtor. Demo & Claudia presented a closing date to us, and then took the ball and ran with it from there. Every time one of our phones would ring, we would expect to hear that there was some sort of issue. To the contrary, every call was to report that everything was moving in a forward direction with the close date still being honored. Absolutely everything went according to plan and we closed on the promised date. We can not express our gratitude towards Demo & Claudia. They knew that we could not endure any more nonsense, lies and theatrics with regards to the sale of our home, and they followed the transaction through to an on-time completion, monitoring every step of the way.
