We are an attractive 23-unit garden condo complex in Redding, CT, about 25 years old, which needed extensive outdoor painting and repairs. We initially hired Tri County Painting in a bidding process and were so thankful we did. Where many paint companies quickly roll outside surfaces, missing many vital siding areas, and where Tri County specializes in high-end indoor painting of multi-million-dollar mansions, we were amazed at the same high-quality finish they gave to the exteriors of our buildings. Where a roller would miss the contours of many critical areas, Tri County carefully hand-brushes them all, thoroughly covering everything. The quality of their work is exceptional. They work with extreme care, organization, tidiness and professionalism. They are friendly, honest, helpful and cooperative with all the residents and are a delight to have working on the property. The quality of their work will last so much longer than that of others creating a much greater value of their work. And their repairs along the way contribute towards a perfect overall finish. Our complex has never looked better and shows like new. We are so fortunate to have found and engaged Tri County where I cannot recommend them more highly. Tri-County Painting (Ken, Kevin, Keith...) has to be THE BEST painting outfit out there. I have worked with many different painting companies/individuals throughout my years as a home owner, but these guys are next level. From the first point of contact, Ken was extremely response. He got right on giving us an estimate and he knew exactly when they could start my job. He helped me make a lot of decisions because we were repainting a home built in 1834. He knew what should be painted, what should NOT be replaced (the hardware, so they cleaned it well and then repainted it), where I could get away with adding some color but still remain true to the character of the house. And, he knew what just needed to be cleaned (the area around the fireplace where the paint was still in good shape but there was some smoke residue). In addition to painting, they removed an entire wall of built-in shelves, repaired the walls, made new molding, and left us with a far more beautiful office area. They took so much care with our radiators and with the old, wood, delicate blinds in some of our windows. They knew what they were doing. And, they were so pleasant to be around. They worked respectfully around all of our stuff, cleaned up immaculately every single day, arrived right on time each morning and communicated without me needing to ask about timing, etc. I asked THEM if I could write a review for them. That's how great they were to work with. Ken works with his sons, Kevin and Keith. They all have an incredible work ethic, amazing attention to detail, and different specialities that allow them to attend to all of the dimensions of the work. Oh, and they are delightful human beings to chat with, but not one single time did I ever feel like my privacy or space was taken for granted or ignored.

The team really works like craftsmen. I really appreciated the incredible attention to detail and respect and care for the property around them. The home was left spotless clean and the work looks amazing.

Ken and his team who painted my house multiple times they've done awesome job very professional for multiple Services holes in my drywall popcorn ceilings stain ceilings from water. I couldn't be happier. This response is short as pricing is fair. I highly recommend him.
