The Lee company says it serves Berkshire County, has more than 52 years of experience, and keeps an owner on site. Its website offers free estimates and says the business is insured. In a July 2022 Google review, a homeowner said Wayne and his team completely removed old milling and pea stones before putting down fresh blacktop. The customer praised their attention to detail and the finished driveway. A July 2021 reviewer said Dave and his crew arrived on time and worked efficiently; after comparing four companies, that customer said Tri-Town's price was almost 30% lower for the same job. Customers writing in 2025 also described positive experiences. A July Google reviewer praised Wayne's communication throughout the process and said the employees accommodated a business open seven days a week. In November, another customer recommended Chuck and his team after a driveway job. Older Angi accounts included a September 2013 review of a long driveway with a turnaround circle completed a few days before a graduation party, and a November 2013 account praising completion of the contracted work despite difficult weather. There are complaints to weigh alongside those accounts. An Angi reviewer writing in 2017 said their mother contracted for driveway repaving in May, received no responses to repeated calls in September and October, and was eventually told her deposit was being refunded after a threat of small-claims action. The reviewer said the paving was not completed. A June 2025 Google reviewer also criticized customer service. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 100896, is expired according to the state registry. BBB gives the company an A+ grade; Google shows 3.7 stars from six ratings, while Angi shows 4.0 from eight.
