The recent customer accounts name the people doing the work. A June customer says Henry explained when to water and how to care for the lawn. Another says John explained everything and answered all their questions. An April customer describes Andrew arriving on time, asking questions about what they wanted and explaining the treatment before starting. In May, a customer credits Dakota with treating the lawn all the way to the edge; another praises Andrew for covering every spot in the yard. Attention to the property also comes up in individual accounts. A May customer says the worker moved items from the lawn to complete the service rather than treating around them. Another says a worker moved their son's toys while they were away. A customer writing in May says John had cared for their lawn for about five years and that its appearance improved each year. In an October 2025 review, a customer describes Dakotah applying winterizer by hand where a machine was unsuitable. A March 2024 reviewer credits her with aerating and seeding a large section lost to heat and lack of rain earlier in the summer.
