A recent customer who has used Tuckertown Plumbing several times said the company came out for nonurgent jobs, such as replacing a faucet, within a few days, and for a clogged toilet the same day. The company describes itself as a new local plumbing, burner cleaning and backflow testing business, and says Tamala and Brendan came from Stedman & Co., which closed due to retirement. That recent customer named Tamala and Brendan as the plumbers and Pam in the office. A 2026 customer said that after an outside pipe cracked, the company rearranged its tight schedule and came within 2 hours. In a 2025 review, a customer whose family had a pipe break and a hot water tank fail said Tuckertown showed up quickly. A 2025 customer who broke a toilet tank in the middle of the night said they called Pam at 10am and had a new toilet installed by Tamala within hours. A 2025 customer said Tamala replaced an old leaky kitchen faucet and offered to show how to turn off the main water. In a 2023 review, a customer said the company answered a last-minute call and fit them in within a day.

Love Tuckertown Plumbing - great service, professional and quality work. Thank you Tamala!!
We have used Tuckertown Plumbing several times over the last year. Starting with Pam in the office, they have been simply outstanding!! They have been able to come out to do the nonurgent jobs (e.g., replacing a faucet) within a few days, and the urgent job (a clogged toilet, fortunately on a weekday) the same day. The plumbers (Tamala and Brendan) have been professional and very competent. Highly recommend!
We had an emergency with a cracked pipe outside and they rearranged their tight schedule to help us out. They came within 2 hours, which we're very grateful for. Very professional and nice people. Highly recommend.
Tuckertown Plumbing has been amazing to work with. My family recently had a pipe break and a hot water tank fail. Tuckertown showed up quickly and did a 10/10 job. The plumbers were professional, friendly, and were able to answer all of my questions.
Could not ask for more in terms of being easy to deal with (cheerful even,)safe, competent ,quick turnarounds. and pricing that Pam,Brendan and Tamala delivered our family for years
