Its website names Falmouth, South Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Westbrook and Scarborough as its service area, and its BBB grade is A+. A 2023 customer said Kristen made it so they could use their basement rather than hide in their room from the mess, and that she was there exactly when she said she would be. A 2023 customer who scheduled a move-out cleaning in Portland said they paid a $75 deposit, that communication stopped the morning of the appointment, and that emails, a text and a voicemail went unanswered. A 2023 customer said the company did not show up and was unresponsive afterward. A 2024 customer said response times were slow and that the company never showed up on the day of the cleaning.
Do not work with them! Extremely slow response times and then never showed up on the day of cleaning. Check out the attached screenshot-super disappointing. You can see from the other bad reviews this a regular way that they interact with their customers. Notice also how they also only respond to the reviews if they’re favorable for them.
Just looking around in S Portland and saw this, best cleaning business name I'll ever see 10/10
If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Not only did they NOT show up they have been unresponsive to us. At this point I’m convinced they are scam artists.
Scheduled a move-out cleaning in Portland a few weeks before date of service that was easy enough to schedule with Kristen. Provided a $75 deposit which I guess is just a karma donation at this point because the morning of the appointment communication from their end completely stopped. I sent several emails to Kristen, texted the business cell phone number provided, and called it leaving a voicemail the morning after…nothing. Wanted to support a local small business, but buyer beware.
Kristen went above and beyond of what I could have expected. She made it so I could use my basement and not hide in my room from the mess. She told me having a clean space is good for mental health and she was so right. I’m so thankful I found her!!! She was here exactly when she said she would be and treated us like family for real.
