A recent customer said Curtis helped with electrical needs at a new home construction and was polite and courteous throughout. A recent customer said they paid $600 for a dryer plug install that was not checked before he left and did not work. That customer said a return visit got the dryer working, followed by a $150 emergency-call charge for a 15-minute visit, and that he became belligerent with the customer and her husband.
I had him install a dryer plug, he charged us 600.00 dollars, and he never checked before he left whether it was working or not, it wasn't, it took 3 months to get someone here to vent the dryer to the outside, so I never checked to see if it was working, I assumed he knew what he was doing. When I finally got someone to vent the dryer, I went to turn it on, nothing. So I called him. He came out, said he left his meter on another job site, he said he was going to Walmart, not home Depot to buy a new one, he was gone over an hour, and Walmart is ten minutes from my house, he came back Fiddled around the back of the dryer, and got it working. Then said we had to Pay him another 150.00 dollars for an emergency call. He was here only 15 minutes. He got belligerent with my husband and I, and I told him to leave, Just so everyone knows, I sent him a check for 150.00 dollars, he should get it in a few days. I don't cheat people. He's the one who road around for an hour and then worked 15 minutes for 150.00. I don't recommend him, he's rude to elderly people, and takes advantage of them. Have a nice day
