I would highly recommend Ugol Woodworks for any of your custom-built furniture needs. We wanted a custom-built closet system for our mudroom and we had an idea of what it should look like. The owner (Constantine) was patient and helpful, sharing his knowledge and expertise throughout the process, without ever trying to upsell. We received professionally sketched plans for our review and approval. The eventual installation was quick and was done with great attention to detail. Our mudroom looks wonderful and we are very happy with the final product. We look forward to using Ugol Woodworks in the future.

A couple of years ago we decided to upgrade our dining room furniture. We weren’t in a hurry, and eventually we found a table we really liked at a high-end store in Cambridge which sells furniture made by small shops in Western MA and elsewhere. I had the idea of cutting out the middleman and having something similar custom made. I asked Ugol Woodworks for a quote because they had done some beautiful carpentry for friends of ours. Ugol matched the price at the furniture store, but the product we received was way better—the design is fantastic, and all the specs are superior. For example, the planks of cherry are much wider and longer than those used in the store version, and they are aligned to show the patterns of the natural wood grain. This table is the nicest piece of furniture we have ever bought. It totally changed the look of our dining room and we get lots of compliments for it. We are very happy with the kitchen and pantry Ugol built for us. Our island with the thick, natural wood riser in a nicely done finish, came out great! In fact, Constantine has good ideas on everything, from efficient, pleasing design to appropriate material. He also built our wall-hung Master bath vanity, and simple, European style cabinetry for our small lavette. Everything looks just lovely! And on time too. Will trust Constantine with our next cabinetry project.

Constantine and his team did a perfect job building and installing our custom kitchen cabinetry. They also built an oversized kitchen table which had become the showpiece of the kitchen - everyone comments on how beautiful it is. I can not say enough about the Ugol Woodworking company. I’ve worked with the owner Constantine many times now. One of my first times working with him he helped me design the waiting room/ reception area of my office building. He offered very unique and practical design ideas based on my needs. Despite his high quality of work, Constantine is great at crafting your visions within your budget. There were absolutely zero issues that came up when we worked together. He is great at keeping the process easy and smooth; from sketching to the final product. The results exceed my expectations every time. The administrator at Ugol is fantastic and does a tremendous job as well. The installation crew was very nice. They were courteous,friendly, and polite.
