The company says it's been family-owned for more than 20 years; the Better Business Bureau's listing shows 17 years in business and gives the company an A+ grade, though it is not BBB-accredited. The BBB listing also states an IICRC certification. Reviewers consistently name the same two people — Pat, who handles scheduling and communication from the office, and Bill, who does the on-site cleaning — and describe both as professional and easy to work with. In a 2025-11-27 review, one customer described black kitchen tile coming out "sparkling white" after a steam cleaning; other reviewers, across jobs dating back to 2022, describe carpets that dried quickly and looked new. One repeat customer, in a 2024-05-15 review, said a wet-spot issue from an earlier visit didn't recur the following year.
