BuildZoom's permit history shows a dozen window and door jobs pulled across Everett, Revere, Malden, Brookline, Middleton, Peabody and Weston between 2002 and 2024, and Google reviews going back to 2021 skew heavily positive — a 2025 review from a repeat customer, who'd had the company's windows in their own home for years, said quotes came fast and turnaround usually beat what was promised. Not every account is glowing, though. In a 2022 review, a customer described Ultimate Windows as the worst of several contractors they dealt with on a master bathroom project — communication about options and the process was poor, and lead times ran about double the original estimate, requiring repeated follow-up to get installation scheduled.
