Ultimate Windows makes its own custom windows and installs them, working out of Everett and Lawrence for homes and businesses, with shower doors and commercial storefronts on the menu too. The company describes itself as family-owned and operated since 1989, founded by Giacomo Perrino. Its BBB page is an A+, with accreditation dating to 1991, and BuildZoom shows 12 permitted window and door jobs between 2002 and 2024 in towns including Everett, Revere, Malden, Brookline and Weston. Several Google reviewers describe years of repeat business. In February 2025, one customer said they had used the company for years, had its windows in their own home, and found quotes fast and turnaround usually quicker than promised. Reviewers in January 2022 and November 2022 also described years of business with the company and praised the windows. The most recent note, from April 2026, said the job went well from start to finish. On Google it holds 4.2 stars across 21 ratings. In a January 2026 r/medfordma thread, a commenter suggested Ultimate Windows in Everett for locally made windows. Two customers had a rougher time. In July 2022, a customer who hired them for part of a master bathroom project gave two stars and called the company the worst of the contractors on that job, saying the office was responsive when reached out to but did a terrible job communicating the options and the process, lead times ran about double the original estimate, and they had to follow up repeatedly to get updates and an install date. In June 2023, a three-star reviewer wrote only that the company never called back. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active.
