I would recommend Ultra Safe Pest Management for their services without hesitation. From first contact, a contract was outlined expeditiously and sent electronically. Once signed, an appointment date was quickly arranged. Mike and James arrived promptly on their scheduled dates during the week, and answered all of my questions. They were both very knowledgeable and informative, and were successful in removing the pests that were causing damage to my roof. I was completely satisfied with my experience with Ultra Safe Pest Management.

The woman who came, arrived late. We paid $395 and she didn't figure out where the problem was coming from. She only identified that our outside problem was carpenter ants and that our contract with Terminex was indeed keeping Termites out of our property. We have a very bad moth and gnat problem which I have myself been treating with sticky traps and they are catching hundreds of them but not eliminating them. The inspector did not identify exactly where the problem was coming from - just that they looked like clothing moths and food moths, and plant gnats. She didn't think they were drain gnats but I'm not sure she knew. I was very disappointed in her visit. She observed and commented on what I already observed and knew. Lauri Wolff

Ultra Safe Pest Management provided the service I needed when many of its competitors would/could not. Ultra Safe was easy to work with and picked up the items on schedule. I would use Ultra Safe again.

The men who cleaned the gutters were very good. I was glad to see they were dressed with protective gear including helmets. They did a good job told me the gutters covers were not effective which I should have known.
