Universal Excavating Inc lists earthwork among its services on the Procore Construction Network. A 2026 Google reviewer, writing about work on the property next door and behind their home, said the company consistently starts too early with very loud equipment, waking the reviewer and their newborn baby many times. The same 2026 reviewer said it had been called a few times about leaving debris in their yard and crossing into their property with trucks, and that its equipment and trucks blocked their driveway numerous times. That 2026 reviewer also said one worker got hostile when their husband asked him to move his vehicle, and wrote that they had not directly worked with the company.
They’ve been doing work on a property next door and behind my home. They consistently break local noise ordinances by starting too early with very loud equipment. I have a newborn baby, so this is especially disruptive as it has woken both the baby and myself many times. They also have been called a few times about leaving debris in our yard and crossing into our property with trucks. Their equipment/trucks have blocked our driveway numerous times, and one worker even got very hostile/rude when my husband asked him to please move his vehicle. While I have not directly worked with this company, I never will based on how unprofessional they have been. I’ll never recommend them, either.
