I truly can not say enough about my experience with this company and their employee DJ who not only scheduled my service but came out to pump our septic. DJ got me on the schedule quickly and was in contact to confirm and let me know the morning of our appointment that he was on his way. When he came out he explained everything to me regarding the do’s and do not’s that I wasn’t aware of (oops!!) however, he did it comically and professionally and didn’t make me feel like the fool I was for the mistakes I made with the septic. Again (oops!!) - he was so pleasant and now has me on track to stay on top of things without worry. Thank you DJ and Ocean State Cesspool- you have a new customer for life!!
