Val's Cleaning

There is almost nothing written about Val's Cleaning, and what exists points in two directions. On the good side, a Quincy homeowner asking r/QuincyMa for cleaner recommendations in April 2025 replied with an unprompted endorsement — "Looooooove Val's, they do an awesome job" — and linked the company's Instagram. On the other, its single Google review, posted in June 2024, is a one-star account of a move-in clean: the reviewer said they paid almost $300, sent photographs of what was left behind, had someone sent back three times, and still moved in with caked-on grease across the kitchen, finishing the job themselves with family help. One detailed complaint and one enthusiastic mention are not enough to rate a business either way. If you are considering them, ask for recent references for the specific kind of clean you need — particularly a move-in or deep clean, which is where the complaint sits — and agree in writing what a re-clean covers.
