Fifteen reviews across Google and Thumbtack, every one of them five stars, and the same name runs through nearly all of them: Sue. Cleanset Services is a small Malden cleaning operation built around one person — Suelaine — who introduces herself on her Thumbtack page with "Hi! My name is Suelaine and I'm from Brazil," and whose website tells the founding story in the first person, describing a business that started four years ago as "a search for a better life." The job customers describe most often is the deep clean. A homeowner writing in January 2026 booked one at the last minute and said the price was reasonable and the work fabulous; another, in September 2025, had a whole house in Reading deep-cleaned in August and called her prompt to answer questions. What separates the more detailed reviews from the usual five-star shorthand is a specific observation: a November 2025 customer noted she moves things to clean underneath rather than doing a surface pass, and said she had been the best of several cleaners they'd used. Repeat work shows up too. A January 2026 reviewer said they'd had her over several times and planned to keep going, and a November 2025 customer singled out flexibility on scheduling. Her Thumbtack profile carries 57 project photos, a background check completed in October 2024 under the name Suelaine Peazeres De Souza, and three hires recorded through the platform. The thing to sort out before booking is how long she has actually been at this, because the sources don't agree. Her website and the top of her Thumbtack profile both say four years; the blurb she wrote on that same profile says "For the past two years, I've been proudly helping families keep their homes clean"; and the Better Business Bureau opened a file on the business in February 2026 and declines to rate it, saying it has been in business less than six months. She is not BBB accredited. It's also worth knowing this is a one- or two-person business — BBB lists a single employee, Thumbtack two — so the calendar is hers. And one of the Google recommendations opens by calling her a friend, which is worth weighing differently from the rest. If you want a recurring house clean, a move-out turnover, or a post-construction cleanup around Malden and you're comfortable hiring an individual rather than a crew, she's a reasonable call. Her site also lists office, stairway and Airbnb work, so confirm she covers your particular job — and since pricing is quoted per home after a visit, get that quote in writing before the first clean.
