Valley Overhead Door, LLC

Chad was very helpful. Good communication and fixed our garage door we were having problems with. I definitely recommend him and will be using in the future. Edit 8/25- Chad replaced our old garage doors and we love them. He couldn’t have done a better job. Thank you!

Chad did a fantastic job with the entire sales and installation process. Very knowledgeable, on-time, and professional. We couldn't be happier with our new doors and how much of an upgrade we see from our previous installation. I highly recommend Chad and the quality of work he does.

Chad has been incredibly helpful for multiple years to us. He has fixed our garage doors at work on multiple occasions even though he didn't do the install. He has even taken care of my garage doors at home and installed an opener and even fixed the opener my father in-law installed on the other door even though he had nothing to do with my door installations. Chad has always been my first and only call for our needs and almost always shows up sooner than he said he would too. If you need his service and he doesn't call back immediately give him some time, he's incredibly busy and he's worth the wait!

If I could give more stars I would, Chad is very professional and knows his stuff he installed my garage doors in a timely manner then in my own stupidity I had an accident with my doors called him and right away He came over and repaired my mistake.with Very reasonable rates ! You can’t go wrong with valley overhead doors.

A few years ago an electrical fire brought down our garage and everything it. It was then that we met Chad from Valley Door. We could not have asked fro a more professional, qualified expert to advise us and install new doors. He addressed every complexity and question with patience and enthusiasm. The install was perfect. One day. Recently, one of the motors was making a strange noise. Chad arrived promptly and inspected the entire system. The source of the sound was somewhat unclear. He called the manufacturer of the motor, spoke at length to the manufacture's technical advisors, came to a conclusion as to which part should be replaced, ordered the part and returned to our house shortly thereafter and installed the part. Problem solved. No drama. Chad expertise in this area is beyond question. I can highly recommend Valley Overhead Door. bf
