I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring this contractor for a project in my home, and I feel compelled to share my experience so others can be aware of the issues I encountered. First off, the workmanship was far below what I would expect from a professional contractor. They left multiple holes in the drywall, and the finishing around the fire detection devices they installed was sloppy and poorly done. It left my ceilings and walls looking unfinished and unsightly. To make matters worse, the contractors cut right through both the sheetrock and wood ceiling beams during installation, which could easily have been avoided with a little more care. Even though the beams may not be structural, this could still lead to problems like sagging or cracking in the future. It's clear that attention to detail was lacking. Adding to the frustration, their website is incredibly sketchy. It's full of broken and nonfunctional links, and much of the content is nonsensical filler text that looks like it came straight out of a WordPress template. This does not inspire confidence in their professionalism or reliability. To top it all off, their main phone number, (508) 270-8444, doesn't even connect properly. When you call, it just disconnects without ever going to voicemail, making it impossible to get in touch with anyone. Overall, I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. The quality of work, lack of professionalism, and poor communication make this a business to avoid.
