Vega Cleaning Services, LLC

Vega Cleaning Services, run by Miguel Vega out of Springfield, has built a five-star record that spans homes, offices, and everything in between — a church cleaned weekly, a 7,400-square-foot retail floor cleared out on a Sunday night, a self-storage facility, and dozens of house-cleaning jobs. Reviewers keep calling it a family business, and the numbers back it up: 44 reviews since 2023 across Google and Thumbtack, every one of them five stars, plus 90 projects logged on Thumbtack. What separates the reviews from generic praise is how often they cite a specific hard spot the crew handled — an unfinished attic and basement on a three-bedroom deep clean, 60 feet of tubular duct work finished in an afternoon at a fair rate, kitchen hoods scrubbed for a commercial client who says they'll use the team again. One office client says they'd used Vega at work for years before bringing them in for a home deep clean; another has the crew back biweekly for years running. That kind of repeat business threads through the whole history, not just a handful of reviews. The team also handles time-pressure jobs: a 2025 review described a same-day call to clean significant construction dust — ceiling to floor — with the space ready by the next morning so a new business could open on schedule, and another crew stayed until 11:30pm on a Sunday to finish a large retail space before Monday. Several reviews are written in Spanish, praising the same things — punctuality, thoroughness, and communication — that the English-language reviews do. Nothing negative turns up in three years of reviews. The business also carries an active Massachusetts Minority Business Enterprise certification through 2028. Given how much of the work here is commercial (offices, churches, storage facilities, kitchen hoods, duct cleaning) alongside standard house cleaning, it's worth being specific about the job — deep clean, move-out, recurring, or a one-off commercial space — when you call.
