That reviewer also liked the bows made from dish towels and toilet paper. The February 24, 2026 complaint describes a $450 deep-cleaning agreement for a newly purchased home. The customer said the kitchen, bathrooms, windows, and floors were supposed to be cleaned, along with appliance exteriors; appliance interiors were requested as an extra service. After the first visit, the customer reported uncleaned fridge, oven, and microwave exteriors, dirty-looking floors, and incompletely cleaned windows. They asked for the kitchen to be cleaned again.
