Craig and his son provided us with a Dryer Vent cleaning service today. The cleaning was thorough, they were efficient and pleasant to work with. They left the area spotless, as it was when they started. I will gladly use them again in the future, great service.

Great experience with Vent Genie! They cleaned out our dryer vent and installed a new one for us. The crew was professional, timely, and efficient. Highly recommend them.

Craig and Sam came to clean our dryer vent, which we had ignored for way too long. We live in an old house, with a challenging foundation. Things got a little complicated, because of the location of where the vent goes outside. Craig’s communication was very good and fair. I’ll go ahead and say it - things didn’t go smoothly. The end result was good. What was important to me is that Craig told me what was going wrong. He didn’t sweep it under the rug hoping I wouldn’t notice. Owning your mistakes, and working openly with me to make sure I was pleased with the outcome makes the difference between feeling someone is professional, or never wanting to do business with them again. We are moving, and I am going to have Craig come to the new place to clean that dryer vent, and I will be using him to come on an annual basis. No professional wants things to go wrong, but there is no perfect world. I am pleased with this company.

Absolutely recommend - don’t look further! Craig was very responsive and was able to fit us in the day after I called him. They did a great job cleaning out a very blocked duct and went further to fix the vent pipe, which was an unexpected issue. Will definitely call him annually to clean our ducts.
