Victor Perez Windows is a Wallingford window and door installer, and the jobs its customers describe are replacement windows, a front door, and an 8-foot sliding door out to a deck. Its reviews are all on HomeAdvisor, where it holds 4.9 stars from 17 ratings, and the written accounts run from 2018 to February 2022. In an April 2018 review, a homeowner described Mr. Perez guiding them through design, ordering, demolition, installation and clean-up of a French-style sliding door between the living room and the deck, with trim finished to match the room's other windows and doors, and called the price for the door and the work fair. A May 2018 review describes replacing windows in a new home whose seals had broken and were fogging, at a price that customer called good compared with others, scheduled and done quickly. In an August 2021 review, a customer said one window dated from the 50s and was hard to get out, but the crew managed it, and that Victor explained what he was doing. Other reviews from 2018 to 2021 mention punctuality, clean-up and a front door installation. One January 2019 review, otherwise rated 4.5 stars, said the base price for small windows is too high. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0618456, held by Victor Perez Windows, is listed as expired.

Victor is a very nice guy. First class job. Explained what he was doing. Windows are the best I have ever had. One of the windows was from the 50s and was hard to get out but they did it and can' recognize that side of the house cause it looks so good. I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND HIM. Will have another project for him in the spring. Victor also has a great crew. The nicest people. Victor Perez is A REAL CLASS ACT. Thank you so very much for helping us.
