The name that comes up again and again in reviews is Renata, alongside crew members Sarah and Deisy, and the word that follows her is thorough — homeowners in Newton, Dover, and Mansfield describe furniture moved to clean underneath it, baseboards and windowsills wiped down, and rooms left spotless. A Woburn client wrote in February that Deisy and Sarah clean her home twice a week and that "the house always feels fresh, calm, and perfectly cared for." The same thoroughness shows up on Google across 37 ratings averaging 4.9 stars, with reviews running from 2023 through this September. Thumbtack shows a rougher side: a 4.0-star average from just four ratings, pulled down by an October 2025 review alleging the customer was charged three times the agreed price for a visit where "zero cleaning was done" and furniture was left moved. The other three Thumbtack reviews echo the Google praise for thoroughness and reliability — the complaint looks like a single bad visit, not something the rest of the reviews back up.
