Our pool heater was hit by a tree and sustained some overall damage. We contacted several companies prior to Village Home Services and got the run around for months. Frustrated, we called our pool heater company and they suggested Village Home Services, and I'm so glad they did. Village Home Services answered our call promptly and came out to our house the next day to assess the damage. They then scheduled a repair date with transformer part, also within a day. The technician (Seth) arrived early in the morning, providing texts of when he would arrive, which was helpful. He worked quickly and did a great job overall, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He also offered to perform maintenance on the unit for a nominal fee, which of course we agreed. Prices were extremely reasonable and the initial unit repair assessment was applied to the total amount versus a separate charge, as many companies do to tack on additional costs, which was greatly appreciated. The total cost for everything (assessment, transformer part, labor, etc) totaled under $500, but we opted for a one-time maintenance service, which was a nominal amount and well worth it. We plan to contact Village Home Services for future projects and highly recommend their services.

Village Home Services has done several electrical projects for over the years ranging from small jobs changing out light switches to complete wiring of new addition and garage. Josh and Andrew are very responsive and the crew does excellent work and is always professional on the job. Highly recommended!
