In a 2023 Google review, a customer said W F Builders installed a brand new metal roof on a newly constructed house that was leaking around the chimney flashing a week later. That 2023 customer said John the owner came and put caulking around the flashing; when it leaked again in the next rainstorm, a full 4 man crew caulked the entire flashing and sprayed the inside with flex seal after the customer told the owner they wanted the flashing redone. The 2023 customer said it still leaked, that the owner ignored the issue and never got back to them, and that the roof leaked during extreme storms. Next rainstorm leaked again, this time came with full 4 man crew to caulk entire flashing, in addition sprayed inside with flex seal after I told owner I wanted flashing redone. Not surprisingly it still leaks. Notified owner who ignored the issue, never getting back to me. In addition, during extreme storms roof leaks as well as chimney flashing.
