That 2025 customer wrote that the company obtained the health permits, scheduled the inspection, provided documentation for the future owners, made an extra repair onsite and pumped the tank in a tight time frame, at costs that "appeared very fair." A 2023 customer said their system failed completely 3 months after they bought their first home, and that Grieger pumped out the tank when needed while they worked through funding the repair. That 2023 customer wrote that hiccups with the town were quelled by Bill immediately. A 2023 reviewer said the company helped with pumping the septic on a late Saturday afternoon, with Wendy calling within ten minutes to say the guys were on their way. A 2026 customer thanked Bill, Wendy and Evan for a septic project that ran from design to smoothing over the finished yard after installation, and a 2021 customer said they had used the company for two septic system replacements. A 2024 customer said the company kept their deposit and failed to return it. A 2022 BuildZoom reviewer was upset with how the yard looked after the company finished, writing of "Huge rocks and seashells all over." My home recently went under contract. An inspection noted that the output pipe from the septic to the leeching fields was clogged with roots, although it seemingly worked fine. Bill Grieger and company were wonderful folks with whom to work. They quickly took care of the job from start to finish, keeping me apprised of progress along the way. They obtained the health permits from the health department, scheduled the inspection, and provided documentation for the future owns to show completion. They even had to do an extra repair, and were prepared to do this onsite. The did all this in a tight time frame and pumped the tank as well. The costs appeared very fair. Great company! Thanks for your hard work!
Would give zero stars if possible did business with them and they kept my deposit and failed to return it
Wendy and Bill are wonderful to work with. They take their time explaining repairs, and are extremely helpful. They do everything by the book, and I would recommend them highly.
Excellent company. They installed a new system for me two years ago. If I call, they kind and helpful and they’ve even come out to explain things to me! Highly recommend.
