On Google the average sits at 3.6 across five ratings — a thin, mixed record rather than a glowing one. What pulls that average down is money, not workmanship. A November 2025 Google reviewer said they were quoted $150 an hour for a non-emergency job, had a single faulty outlet fixed in under an hour, and were then billed $390 with no adjustment offered. Get the rate, the minimum, and what counts as emergency pricing in writing before anyone starts. The right call here is the after-hours electrical emergency or a commercial job where permit history and public-bidding experience matter. For a straightforward residential service call, settle the price in writing first, and confirm the registration status for your specific job.
