Tree removal drew both praise and a complaint for Wallace Tree Service. In a September 2025 Google review, a customer praised the team's care during a removal and said its price was the most affordable they found in town. A customer writing in January 2024 described hiring Wallace for multiple projects, with prompt arrivals, timely work, thorough cleanup, and fair pricing. A February 2024 Google reviewer described a different experience: work left incomplete, debris on their roof and a neighbor's roof, and a yard left in a mess. That customer also said Wallace charged three times more than other tree companies. Google lists a 4.6-star average from 10 ratings. In another January 2024 review, a customer praised Robb's quick responses and advice about large pines, saying he did not pressure them to do more work than needed.
