Andrew was very good. He was also very nice. He did a great job. Both your servicemen have been excellent.
Highly recommend this company. If you’re looking for a technician, ask for Josiah. He was thorough, professional, and clearly dedicated to his craft. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all of my questions were answered. This company stands out because they focus on the customer and tailor their service to your specific needs instead of rushing through the visit. Great experience overall.
Since transitioning our site to the Waltham team, we’ve consistently had a positive experience with both the staff and technicians. In particular, Zachary Thurn has been exceptional to work with—he’s responsive, transparent, and highly informative. He approaches every concern with care and professionalism, and always takes the time to thoroughly address questions from me, our team, and our residents.
