Jay came through in a pinch and really went the extra mile to help with our animal issue. Friendly and knowlegeable - he checked throughly for any access areas and helped identify the source of our dreaded smell. I certainly hope I won't need him again, but at least I know who to call if i do!

Jay has been prompt, knowledgeable and amazing to work with. We were surprised to learn we had 2 snakes in our yard, preventing us from finishing another project because the workers were rightly fearful ( thankfully the snakes were not poisonous). Jay answered my first call, came to my house very quickly, and was able to remove them and return them to their natural habitat. He recognized the reason snakes were interested in our yard was the abundance of chipmunks near our home. He came up with a plan to push the chipmunks away from the foundation of the property. Jay was fairly priced and action oriented. He kept us well informed throughout. He returned to our home as scheduled to check up on the situation, and always notified us in advance of his arrival. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for wildlife removal support.
