A June 2025 customer praised Warren Landscaping's spring cleanup but said they paid for five lawn-fertilizer applications and received only one. The same customer described waiting weeks for a fence-repair quote, then waiting further weeks after accepting it with no work done. They complained about a lack of communication and a full voicemail mailbox. The Shrewsbury company says it provides residential and commercial landscaping, lawn maintenance, landscape design and commercial snow removal, serving Shrewsbury and Worcester. It says it has more than 20 years of experience. BBB lists 41 years in business, an A+ grade and accreditation; Google shows 3.8 stars from 12 ratings. There is also a dispute about tree placement. In November 2024, a Google reviewer said their neighbor hired Warren Landscaping to plant boundary trees, but the trees went a few feet into the reviewer's yard. They said the crew followed a boundary marked by the neighbors with a reflector and yarn, and that the dispute was in court. Those are the reviewer's allegations. Other customers described work they liked. A July 2024 reviewer praised mowing, trimming and spring cleanup. In June 2024, a customer credited Paco and his crew with a completed yard job and said the yard looked transformed. An October 2023 reviewer described many years of dealing with Mike, his parents and his grandfather, and called it a family business. A May 2022 customer recalled an early first mowing visit because of possible rain. They had not marked a sapling before the crew arrived, and it was mowed down. The customer said the company owned up to the mistake and replaced the tree, then praised the service that followed.
