A 2024 customer said Tyler and Dave installed an under-slab ventilation system in a partial day. A 2023 customer whose well driller recommended the company said Tyler, Dave, Rob and Walter installed the system and put the radon pipe up through the new metal roof. On r/maine, a 2025 Reddit commenter described a radon mitigation install by the company as a "leave no trace" installation. A 2025 commenter there said the company was able to locate the fan inside an attic crawl space. A 2024 customer said the Culligan team in Yarmouth installed a whole-home water treatment system for them in Harpswell, where the water is iron-heavy, and that the once-rusty water came out clear. A 2026 customer said installer Jim R explained the water softening system in lay terms and cleaned up after himself. A 2023 customer said that during a maintenance checkup on their radon and arsenic water systems, they asked technician Brian Ricker to check the water pressure tank, which needed replacement, and that he took the old piping, pressure tank and debris with him when he returned to do the work. A 2023 customer said they waited over one month for an appointment and that the office never set one up after the request; the technician called when he was in the area and came to the house.

We had both an air and water radon mitigation system installed at our home. Tim was quick to come out and quote the projects and the installation crew came out and installed both in less than a day.
Jim R, our installer of our water softening system, was very efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful with all of my questions. He answered in laymen terms so that I could understand. Tyler, Dave, Lester & Joe did an excellent job on installing the whole house treatment system. They were very courteous, they cleaned up after themselves and they did a nice neat installation. They double checked everything before they left and went over everything with me. They went above and beyond my expectations, I’m very impressed.
Installation of radon Bubble-Up Sr by Tyler and Dave was excellent. Two professional guys who went above and beyond by helping me out with an unrelated well issue to further improve my water quality. Very neat install, left no mess and fully explained the unit and answered all my questions.
I just had the Culligan team in Yarmouth, Maine install a whole-home water treatment system for me in Harpswell, Maine, and could not be happier. Harpswell has notoriously iron-heavy water, and I was amazed at the clarity and taste of the once-rusty water once the Culligan system was installed. The entire Culligan experience, from tip to tail, has been truly spectacular. Tim was extremely responsive from the initial inquiry, Jim did a beautiful job with the installation and was incredibly helpful in explaining how the system works, and Joe, who came to install the Wi-Fi boards today, gave me a full rundown on the mobile app and some of the crucial things to know when managing the system remotely. The mobile app is truly impressive and provides tremendous insight into the equipment, its current operational state, and lets me control critical functions remotely, which is essential given that we are not at the home all the time. I'm truly impressed with the equipment, the work that was performed, and the quality and professionalism. The Culligan team in Yarmouth is first rate, and dare I say, truly funny! I haven't laughed that hard in a while, chatting with Jim and Joe during the installation! They're incredibly nice, polite, and downright pleasant individuals, not to mention best-of-breed plumbers. I chose Culligan because my neighbor had literally gone through *six* whole-home systems in the 30 years he's lived there, and he said the *only* system that has performed not only up to his expectations, but has by far exceeded them, is the Culligan system. That's all I needed to hear to pick up the phone and give Tim a call, and boy am I glad I did after hearing the horror stories and staggering long-term costs of the past systems he'd tried. 10/10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
