After a customer found a mold issue in their attic, Doug responded very quickly to give an estimate and then schedule the remediation. A customer whose attic and crawl spaces had mold remediation said they explained the process from start to finish, arrived on time and ended earlier than expected; that customer said Doug recommended and installed systems to prevent the mold from coming back. A customer with mold in the basement said they got out there quickly to give a quote and take care of it. A customer who had just bought a home said Kevin and crew removed carpet ahead of cigarette smoke mitigation, removed all the staples holding down the pad and carefully swept up. A 2026 customer said Doug, Kevin and the guys extracted water in the basement, dehumidified and applied an antimicrobial treatment, showing up within a couple hours.
