Eli built our AUD in our back yard. Hes a hard worker and was always communicating. We are very happy with how everything came out.

Few months ago Eli repaired my porch steps and railing and decorative support column replaced. Essentially rebuilt them. Looks fabulous! He also repointed the granite base of the front of house and took that 6 inches below. He was fast and efficient and gave me great advice about materials and keeping with the period of the house (Victorian farmhouse). Area was spotless when he left. Totally happy with his work. Definitely will hire him again. Although it was not a big job he treated it and me like it was. I'm actually already talking with him about another job now. Great work, great guy.

Eli Waters stole $23,100 from our family. We gave him a downpayment to replace windows and he never did any work nor did he refund any of the money after many, many attempts. He said he lost his workers comp, had to lay off his crew and was “cleaned out.” He then asked for more money to do the job which we politely declined. We hired an attorney but were advised against it for now because he has no assets to recoup our payment and last we looked in 2025, his contractor license was suspended. We have worked with a number of really good contractors in the area and as a result let our guard down a bit during this process. I was drawn in by the website and Eli is a nice guy and I believe well intentioned but not trustworthy and from our experience, a thief. Please don’t make the same mistake we did. I recommend doing your research to understand the past of the people you allow in your home and give money to. Losing $23,100 is the worst financial blow our family has ever had to deal with and the frustration it continues to cause is very painful considering all of the other things we could use that money for. Stay far, far away from Waters Construction.

I highly recommend Eli and his work. When I was having my house painted, they discovered bad rot on a door frame. Eli came first thing the next day (a Saturday) and created a beautiful new frame. His quick response kept the painting project on time.

I just had Waters Construction rebuild a portion of my deck and pressure wash and stain the rest. I am so happy with the end result, and have gotten many compliments from family and friends. The price was just right for me, and Eli and his crew got the work done in a pretty quick turnaround. They were punctual, kind, hard-working, and tidied up everything at the end of the job. Eli was a great contractor to deal with. I plan to use this company again in the future for other work.
