The firmest thing known about Wayne D. Lopes Grading isn't a customer's account — it's the paperwork. The Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office registry shows the Marshfield business certified as both a Minority Business Enterprise and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise under certification 20090005, both active, with the MBE running to February 2029. Those are state registry certifications about who owns the business, not trade licences and not a judgment on the digging. Its Better Business Bureau file, opened in November 2022, carries an A+ grade and lists the company under Excavating Contractors with one employee. The profile is not BBB-accredited, and no reviews or complaints are published on it. The one account of actual work comes from a January 2023 article on WATD, which reported that Wayne Lopes Grading and Biagini Excavation were partnering to level off a site. So: a clean, verifiable business identity, and almost nothing from the people who have hired them.
