Rosano-Davis Sanitary Pumping, Inc.

This is actually a 20-star review for this amazing company. Please do yourself a huge favor and use Rosano-Davis if you need septic service, inspection, or repair. We have been customers of Wind River Environmental for many years, so, when we needed to schedule a Title 5 inspection, we called them first. No one from WR ever called me back, but, after repeated phone calls, some anonymous WR employee emailed me a very expensive quote with instructions to contact our local health board to collect the information they needed. Offended that no live person ever returned my calls and surprised by how expensive the inspection would be, I saw a coupon from Rosano-Davis and decided to give them a call. Linda answered after the first ring, concisely explained the process and very reasonable pricing, scheduled the inspection, and said that Sue would collect all the info they needed from the Board of Health. That was only the beginning of the outstanding service they gave us. The day of the inspection, Christian (whom we later discovered was the owner's son!) showed up with a smile and led his crew through a time-efficient and thorough septic inspection. He was literally "down in the trenches" with his crew. When they finished, they cleaned up so well, our property looked like they had never even been here. This wonderful company provided top-notch service from the first phone call to the completed report. I highly, highly recommend them!!

Amazing people and service!!! They even went to town hall and got the septic drawings before they came to our property! Christian and his crew were meticulous in restoring the property to its “original” condition (was a Title 5 inspection and had to excavate some sand / dirt). Looks like they were never here. Can’t say enough good things about them!!!

Nothing but amazing things to say about this company....from their professional and courteous office staff to the kind and knowledgeable techs who have come out to assist us with any septic issues. They always respond immediately and address any issues same or next day...highly recommend!!

Paul and Christian have been amazing. They are great communicators, let me know exactly what needs to be done, and have been incredibly reasonable with pricing. Work has been done in a timely and professional manner. They have been flexible with scheduling, and prompt with service. I give them my highest recommendation.
