One customer said their lawn was in horrible condition the year before, and that after Weed Man started treating it, neighbors began asking what they had done. A long-time customer wrote that the people who come are thorough and friendly and inform them regularly. One customer said the workers who come to the property are diligent and that the company stays in touch to ask about questions or concerns. Another said they always come at the appointed time, and that when an extra spraying is needed they are easy to reach and come right away.
