BMS Property Maintenance LLC

I have been using BMS for 5 years they are truly great! I know most of his staff by name and they are always polite and respectful! Please consider them for all your property maintenance they are the best!

I'd give a zero rating if I could. Last Thursday, July 16, 2026, BMS Landscaping was at my neighbor's house, like they are every week. My neighbor's driveway is next to my driveway, with a little space in between. I have a fence that borders my driveway and the asphalt goes around the base of my fence. BMS workers had 2 lawn mowers and the larger one died in my neighbor's driveway. Instead of the BMS workers pushing the dead lawn mower onto my neighbor's front lawn, they pushed the huge lawn mower ONTO MY FENCE. I went outside and asked them to move it. The guys gave me disrespect. I then told them they better move it or I'm calling the owner of BMS. A couple minutes later they got out of the truck and moved it as I watched. They moved it 2 INCHES ONLY and still gave me disrespect. I called the owner, Billy, and I told him what happened, that they should NOT have put this lawn mower on my property, could very much damage my property and if they break it, they buy it to fix it, both the fence and driveway. Billy stated that they were going to pick up the dead lawn mower by the end of the day. I told him to make sure they do Not touch my fence when they pick up the dead lawn mower. Billy said he'd call his workers to tell them that. So when the guys, 4 of them, came back I guess they did not like that I called the owner. 3 of the 4 guys were Very Rude, Disrespectful and Verbally Abusive to me. They created this problem with their negligence to my home!!!! Oh, I'm Not a customer of theirs so they do NOT care about my property obviously. Very bad customer service!!! They should be aware that I could still refer them to a friend. Obviously they do Not care. They also cut another neighbor's yard last year but Not this year. This is probably why. My neighbor, where this issue happened, watches them work when they're cutting her lawn. They need supervision! Do NOT use this company!!!!!! Disrespectful, Unprofessional and Verbally Abusive employees. Go somewhere else! I do have pictures and Ring video of the whole thing. I wish I could post them here. I know they'll be back today and if they continue with the Disrespect and Verbal Abuse I will get a restraining order out on them. I'm worried that they will damage my property. I have 5 Ring cameras all around my house, so it will be recorded for court if need be. Be safe, use another company. ***My response to BMS response. Why are you bringing up where they park?? I did Not mention that!!! Lol! But since you brought it up.....your workers park on the left side of my house on the side street, I'm on the corner. They drive the lawn mowers in front of my house to my neighbors on my right. So. You're mowers are VERY LOUD and I can't even talk on the phone. I work from home, so I have to stop working when your guys are here. Why I know they're here!!! When you're guys came back to move your huge dead lawn mower last week, THEY WERE ABUSIVE TO ME! I was In My House looking out the Window recording them and They were putting me down and I have a right to defend myself!!!! I laughed at them, guess they did Not like that. Again, I recorded the whole thing!!!! I wish I could post it here for everyone to see!!!!! Ironically, I have a Large KEEP OFF THE FENCE Sign right where your workers put Your dead lawn mower ON MY FENCE!!!!! I guess they can't read. They're disrespectful of my property. Why? Because I'm not a customer of yours. TOTAL DISRESPECT!!!! Yes this neighbor has used your company for the 3rd year now (and she stands out there supervising them!), but I have another neighbor who used BMS last year but is using another company this year. Oh wonder why!!!!! Again, I have 5 cameras around my house, so everything is recorded for court purposes, if needed. Make sure your employees stay away from my property at all times and do NOT come near my property or talk to me. Otherwise I will get a restraining order out on your company. People, use another company!

BMS was reasonably priced, very efficient, and finished in a timely manner, have used them before and will use them again, I have also recommended them to others.

The before and after our yard leveling done by Bailey. They came and fixed our backyard, then seeded the soil. Also they extended our sump pump water discharge so now the water flows out instead of making a water mess in the middle of the yard. Recommend his work!!

I have used BMS for a few years now for both lawn mowing and snow removal. Bailey does excellent work. I’ve had to use his services on short notice when I had surgery. Highly recommend BMS
