Wendy and William Martin are house cleaners with a 5.0-star rating from 38 ratings on Thumbtack, which lists them as a Top Pro in 2016 and 2017. A 2017 customer described a deep clean of a three-level condo of 2,100-plus square feet that had gone unmaintained for months. That 2017 customer met Wendy on site for a walkthrough, saw the quote revised upward, and said the work covered the inside of every drawer, cabinet and closet, 17 sets of windows, HEPA vacuuming of two carpet levels and the stairwells, and hand-scrubbed vinyl tile. The same 2017 customer said they brought all their own cleaning equipment and called the fee fair and carefully calculated. A 2015 customer said Wendy and William deep cleaned a 90-year-old mother's home full of antiques and knick-knacks, and the family asked them to come back on a regular biweekly basis. A 2015 customer whose house was cleaned before its sale said Wendy found a diamond ring in the bathroom vanity and promptly told them. A 2016 customer said Wendy and William also helped organize the bedroom and counter space. On Thumbtack, the business lists house cleaning, home organizing, commercial cleaning, pet sitting, dog walking and house sitting among its services.
I posted to Home Advisor looking for a cleaning service to do a DEEP clean - real estate turnover quality - for a three level +2100sq foot condo that has been unmaintained for some months and just finally emptied of furnishings that had been there almost 20 years. Of the initial responses, only W&W quoted a price that indicated they realistically understood what I was asking to have done, but I met with Wendy on site anyway for a walkthrough. And predictably the quote was revised a bit upwards - this was going to be hours and hours of work! This team 3-point cleaned inside every drawer, cabinet and closet; wiped down every bit of shelving and counters; washed 17 sets of windows; HEPA vacuumed two carpet levels and the stairwells; steam-cleaned and hand scrubbed vinyl tile; got behind the fridge, under the stove, around the washer/dryer stack in the laundry closet, all the appliances; wiped down woodwork and polished wood trims; cleaned 2 1/2 baths to a fare-thee-well. The only service they didn't provide was carpet steam cleaning, but by the time they finished vacuuming it hardly needed that. The place absolutely shines, and smells wonderful; they brought ALL their own cleaning equipment and left not a trace behind except a lovely, sparkling clean home. Wendy and Williams Cleaners is worth every single penny of their fair and carefully calculated fee, exceptional responsiveness to job specifics, exceptional value and professionalism, very highly recommend to anyone needing serious cleaning work done!
I will certainly be using them again in the future! They did more than what was expected! Very Happy!
Wendy and Michael did a fabulous job. I moved and needed my house cleaned for the new owners. They did such a great job that the new owners can just moved their things in and they will be set. Everything and I mean everything was cleaned and looked like new. I was extremely pleased. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
Needed an extremely dirty floor cleaned - William did a fabulous job and was a pleasure to work with.
We're obsessive and fastidious, and William left us open-mouthed. He is absolutely amazing, thorough, extraordinary. In addition to his superb skills and professionalism, William is a really nice person.
