Cleaners Unit

Cleaners Unit is a cleaning company whose website lists a service area running from Burlington, Winooski and South Burlington out to Shelburne, Hinesburg, Jericho and Underhill. The company says it has been in business 11 years. A recent customer said Stacy's team did a deep clean of their home in Shelburne, getting the baseboards, inside the oven and the windows, and showed up right on time. A move-out clean booked last minute was fit in two days later, and the apartment passed inspection, one recent customer wrote. In 2025, a customer said the company got their downtown Airbnb ready between guests and that the floors, kitchen and bathroom were sparkling. A 2024 customer who paid $275 said the owner came to clean with one all-purpose spray, stayed less than two hours, and left the floors uncleaned. A 2024 customer charged $300 for a move-out clean said the vacuuming, mopping, cabinet interiors and stove were not done, and that the company refused a partial refund. In 2022, a customer who paid $424 for a move-out clean of a rental said the carpets were not vacuumed and was told there were no refunds, only re-cleans. A 2023 customer said no one arrived for an 11:00 AM appointment and an email at 11:20 canceled it.
