Be careful doing business with this company. We paid for a service contract. After the initial check to make sure our system was in good working order and up to their standards to enter their service, we never had anyone come to clean or check the system. We got automatic deliveries, that Iwas all. Their website is very minimal. You enter your invoice # & amount you are paying that is all. There is no account info, balance etc. We received 2 invoices in the same week with 2 different delivery dates and 2 different amounts within a few days of each other. We only received 1 delivery slip in our mailbox that week that matched the first bill. There is NO way we used hundreds of gallons of oil within days. We have never used that much oil in the decade in our home nor after that. Did someone notice this inconsistency, no. Instead I was called at work, emailed incessantly and threatened with collections. I received the renewal form and threw it in the trash. We paid hundreds of dollars for a service contract but received no service.

I have been a client almost 7 years and am so pleased with the service, friendly staff, quick delivery, good pricing. I will continue to recommend your company. Thank you for making a sometimes expensive and stressful task easy for me and others in RI.
