Wescustogo Property Works restored the flooring of an 1853 historic town hall in North Yarmouth, and the customer behind that job said "the floor just glows." That customer said the work was respectful of the age and history of the building. The company describes itself on its website as a husband-and-wife business named for the Abenaki territory that became North Yarmouth, and says it has been in business 29 years. A customer with gaps in their plank flooring said Mark closed the gaps in a short visit and did not charge because it was so quick. A customer said Mark and Sarah asked the right questions to make sure the scope of the work was understood, and that Mark left the site neat and tidy.

Mark and Sarah were easy and efficient to communicate with. I had gaps develop in my plank flooring. I called Wescustogo Property Works because they are local to me. Mark was able to close the gaps in a short visit and didn't charge me because it was so quick. Most companies I have dealt with will charge no matter how quick the fix. I will definitely call on Wescustogo again for other repairs/renovations in the future. Very nice folks to deal with.
