In a July 2026 review, a customer said David and his team removed old sump pumps, installed a French drain and added primary and secondary pumps with a new route for discharging water. The customer said the basement was dry and lingering odors had gone. A customer writing in June 2026 described a more urgent visit: the crew arrived while the basement had standing water, installed a pump, ran pipe outside and had the system working within two hours. The June accounts also describe different approaches to older houses. One Vermont homeowner with a late-1800s house and stone foundation said Dave and his crew encapsulated the basement walls and floor, allowing excess water to drain by gravity through an existing dry well.
