Jeremy has helped our family on two different occasions. He is very thorough, pays attention to every detail and takes as much time as needed to explore any potential problems. He is well versed in all aspects of housing mechanics, regulations, and is a good sleuth. His written reports are comprehensive and well done. 5 stars!

It's my first time buying a home, Jeremy was wicked friendly and explained the process. The inspection report was incredibly thorough, included photos along with notes. He followed up with a phone call to make sure I understood everything and could reach out to him with any questions any time. Made the whole process of home buying that much easier, definitely recommend
