The company says it covers Worcester plus Shrewsbury, Auburn, Holden, Millbury, Grafton and Westborough, and it appears in the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce online business directory.
The written record behind that is modest and dated. Twelve Google reviews are on file, running from late 2022 into January 2024, and they read consistently on one theme: the crew shows up, listens, and finishes without drama. A January 2023 homeowner wrote that the team "didn't act like stuck up people," got the job done in good time, and that they "haven't had any leak since" — the one review in the set that describes an actual outcome. Others from the same stretch call the company professional, responsive, timely and courteous, and one prospect in February 2023 praised how quickly they came back with detailed ballpark numbers.
Two one-star reviews sit against that. In January 2024 a reviewer alleged the company was asking people it had never done work with to leave reviews — an accusation, not a finding, but one worth holding next to a five-star set that is short, generic and bunched into a few months of late 2022 and early 2023. In May 2023 another caller said the phone rang unanswered and then cut off, and they moved on to someone else.
The platform headline is also wider than the evidence under it: Google shows a 4.7-star average across 35 ratings, roughly three times the number of written reviews available to read. And one five-star entry says only "Floor services and much more," which describes no concrete work at all.
This is a reasonable call for straightforward residential concrete — a patio, a walkway, a driveway slab, a stamped finish. Before booking, ask for recent local addresses you can look at, get the scope and the mix specification in writing, and confirm the company's licence and insurance directly with the state and the carrier rather than relying on the website's wording.
